About this position

• Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, including mechanical, electrical, and design specialists.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Drive the development of new bus and truck models, considering performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure aesthetic and functional aspects align with market demands.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical).
• Experienced in automotive industry would be advantage.
• Proven experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
