The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, machinery, and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are met.

Kewajiban

• Supervise the comprehensive maintenance and repair/replacement of buildings, machinery, and equipment across various departments.
• Oversee the upkeep of equipment and machinery to facilitate departments in achieving economical production while adhering to Sika design specifications.
• Collaborate with department heads to prioritize maintenance tasks and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to address equipment malfunctions promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor (S1) degree from Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 32 Years Have minimum experience 5 Years in Maintenance area.
• Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Self-Confident & Having Service excellent.
• Experience in Automations Maintenance, PLC/automation and Pneumatic systems.
