Detail posisi

The HSSEQ Superintendent (ANT 1) is responsible for ensuring HSEQ compliance and performance onboard vessels and onshore, as well as maintaining safety management systems.

Kewajiban

• Carry out audits / safety inspections and Navigational Audit onboard the vessel
• Provide guidance to shore and sea staff on HSEQ related matters
• Monitor and respond to communications received by the HSEQ team
• Review safety returns, including accident and near-miss reports, and ensure all occurrences are dealt with in a timely manner
• Investigate accidents, as directed by the HSEQ Manager
• Assist in the development and implementation of HSEQ initiatives

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess ANT-1 (Ahli Nautika Tingkat 1) Certified / Master License will be preferred, have sailing experience as master on tanker
• Having experience as surveyor/auditor for tanker vessel will be preferred
• Having vast knowledge for maritime regulation also familiar with TMSA, SIRE, PSA etc. is a must
• Possess good analytical thinking, proactive, good leadership and able to work Collaboratively
• Proficient in English
