• Lead the team to increase the number of affiliates
• Communicate and develop affiliates
• Recap, analyze, report on affiliate marketing programs (Able to handle numbers, data, and calculations)
• Follow trends and provide strategy recommendations based on data
• Plan and implement affiliate marketing programs within allocated budget
• Create agreements, and other documents
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading teams and coordinating offline resellers preferred
• Responsible, honest, ambitious
• Attention to detail and organized
• Communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
