Sales Specialist position for Excavator/ Mining/ Crane products
Kewajiban
• Placement: Jakarta/ Lampung/ Bali/ Makassar/ Manado/ Morowali/ Balikpapan/ Berau/ Banjarmasin/ Bali/ Aceh/ Palu/ Pekanbaru/ Bangka belitung/ Padang/ Muara Teweh.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for excavator / mining / crane products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
• Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of XCMG excavator / mining / crane products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative product presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of XCMG excavators / mining / crane products.
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the heavy machinery industry, preferably with excavators / mining / crane products.
• Understanding of excavator / mining / crane products specifications, features, and technical details.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
