Kewajiban
• Coordinate all operations of the hotel
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about hotel products and services
• Monitor all arrivals and guest requests
• Handle reservations efficiently
Kualifikasi
• College degree in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Familiar with Front Office Systems
• Fluent in English, other third language is an advantage
