The Social Media & Guest Relation Specialist will be responsible for managing social media content, in-venue engagement, and CRM responses at La Brisa or La Favela.
Kewajiban
• Comment, reply and like posts on select relevant accounts daily.
• Monitor current hashtag trends and best practices.
• Save daily UGC and good quality images for daily posts and stories in IG.
• Develop our own FB groups and post to existing communities highlighting our events.
• Post any reviews that require a response to the #issues channel on Slack and notify the proper venue manager and entire CRM team.
• Actively identify new potential influencers and report on results of collaborations.
Kualifikasi
• Ability to use initiative in fast-paced / live-event environment.
• Reliable and good at hitting deadlines.
• Passionate about events.
• Experience in social media and managing KOM.
• Excellent and proven administration skills.
