The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager, AMEA is responsible for driving healthy growth across the Asia, Middle East & Africa region by supporting and facilitating organizational capability in RGM.

Kewajiban

• Support deployment & execution of the AMEA regional ambition, approach & strategic roadmap for RGM
• Facilitate & co-ordinate with Markets to activate RGM-led growth opportunities
• Action governance & reporting requirements associated with protocols & the commercial planning process
• Update & maintain RGM ‘toolkit’ including training programs & playbooks to support Market usage
• Represent RGM for AMEA in key projects and work streams as identified & aligned within RGM calendar

Kualifikasi

• University Degree qualified preferably in Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline (e.g. Finance)
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial FMCG roles
• Prior experience in planning and revenue management
• Demonstrated ability to manage a strong communication & influencing role
• Understanding of full P&L & associated levers
