Position: Packing Supervisor

Kewajiban

• Prepare equipment, machinery, manpower, and control the packing process according to the packing plan to ensure quality products are produced on time
• Report daily operations to superiors, prevent and address any defects found during system inspections
• Create checklists and maintenance plans for equipment, analyze and identify causes of equipment failures, and establish preventive measures
• Lead and manage staff, have basic computer skills and good English language proficiency
• Work well under pressure and able to work in shifts

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of work experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9000:2008 / ISO 14001:2004 / GMP / HACCP
• Experience in food industry factories is a plus
• Strong leadership, high responsibility, good people management and planning skills
