Product Manager at Flowcon responsible for price analysis, team leadership, strategic planning, market development, project management, and reporting.
Kewajiban
• Create price formulating and price analysis.
• Leading, monitoring, coordinate, and motivate application engineer team.
• Planning Business Strategic to achieve Principal target.
• Developing market and product/brand promotion, maintain timeline.
• Conduct internal and external product training.
• Project management control (project analysis, project flow work, project monitoring).
• Create annual forecast and maintain stock availability.
• Create KPI and encourage of application engineer team for each KPI responsibility.
• Analysis inquiry, quotation list, and order/project list.
• Regular reporting to the Management and Principals
Kualifikasi
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Engineering, prefer Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of working experiences in the related field.
• Have good knowledge of valves products and components, including Valve International Standard (ANSI, ASME, ISO, DIN, API, etc).
• High skill of software application: valve selection, pump sizing, and PSV/PRV sizing, CRM, SAP, etc.
• Having good knowledge of valve brand competition.
• Good team player, strong leadership, interpersonal and management skill.
• Good analyzer, quick learning, good negotiation, and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• High skill in communication and written correspondence.
• Willing to travelling (site visit) to Key Account.
• Prefer having certificate of competency
