Motivate and build a solid sales team, define sales strategy, actively sell products, build strong relationships, develop sales proposals, and provide reports.
Kewajiban
• Motivate and build a solid sales team and responsible for the management
• Define the sales strategy and realize the target set by the management
• Actively sell the products, extensive travel to visit and present to customers
• Build strong relationship with current and potential customer, developing growth key accounts, looking for new projects and create sales
• Develop sales proposal, marketing plans and analyze market potential, market share and activities of competitors to provide feedback and suggest lines of action
• Responsible for customer visit planning, quotation follow up, technical backup, customer presentation.
• Provide periodic report to management
Kualifikasi
• Educational background of D3/S1 in Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience in Sales Manager with related field in industrial valve market (Segment MRO Oil & Gas and Geothermal, Petrochemical and Chemical, Mining, Mineral, Smelter, Cement, FMCG, F&B, Pharmaceutical)
• Well proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication and strong negotiation skills
• Familiar of various valve products and understand competitors and business position in the market
• Highly motivated target oriented individual and team
• Able to speak English both written and oral
• Have a good behavior, strong leadership and have management skill
