Weir Minerals is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

Kewajiban

• Manage high quantity of simple make to order and OE concurrent projects involving established framework.
• Ensure BOM timely creation, plan and expedite materials, support production planning and assembly, expedite project documentation.
• Responsible for actively managing the Revenue Recognition and Invoicing expectation for each project and reporting to senior management in a timely fashion any potential negative impacts to allow for mitigation.
• Actively manage product to spec is delivered to customers on time and on budget.
• Professionally and timely communicates with the customer and/or internal stakeholders, project status and any issues or changes in Project Scope that impacts on cost, quality, manufacturing feasibility, timing, performance, durability etc.
• Ensure SAP system is accurate and up to date to reflect current project status.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in order fulfilment roles
• Minimum 1 years of relevant SAP experience
• General understanding of engineering concepts and technical products
• Understanding of commercial practices
