The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production work in medical food production, ensuring quality control and adherence to systems.
Kewajiban
• Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process and coaching and counseling to ensure productivity and product quality
• Maintain equipment, machines, and cleaning processes according to systems
• Communicate and cooperate effectively within the production department and with other departments
• Solve production problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, and recommending solutions
• Complete production according to planning schedule and update relevant departments
• Plan staff and prepare documents according to GMP and ISO systems
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science, industrial chemistry, industrial engineering, Production technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in food production, planning, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement industries
• Understanding of food production processes and manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Ability to identify and solve problems related to production processes and efficiency
