The R&D Specialist (RTD) will be responsible for managing the product development process, leading technical aspects of new product development projects, and ensuring product quality and safety.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage product development process
• Lead technical part of new product development project assigned by R&D Manager
• Prepare and monitor project timelines & development plans
• Perform preliminary screening, selection & finalization of available raw material
• Suggest appropriate process design & selection
• Co-ordinate with internal & external department for production trial run

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
• Experience in research and development (UHT or RTD products)
• Understanding of marketing strategies and how to apply them to product development
• Analytical skills and good communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills
