Engineer, Supplier Quality at Eastern Seaboard, Pluakdang
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Lead Supplier Quality Engineer on supplier incoming control plan.
• Report supplier score on supplier rating reports.
• Plan and control SPPM within annual goals.
• Supplier interface on corrective action such as 8D, SMRR, NC process.
• Ensure that nonconformance incoming parts is segregate and well control.
• Lead or coordinate with SAQE/SDE on MQR process.
• Onsite verification and audit at supplier site if necessary.
• Document corrective action as require by Customer requirement, or system requirement.
• Linkage of all concern related from customer to plant to suppliers.
• Take lead on problem solving team by work with cross functional team on corrective action.
• Ensure that key operational measurable is well monitor and correct as appropriated (Containment).
• Monitor and report the cost of poor quality to top management.
• Follow job assignments from superior.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering.
• At least 3 years of post qualification experience working in a manufacturing environment with at least three years in the position of Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Have knowledge in Quality disciplines is required, including (minimum): ISO/TS16949, Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, DOE, and SPC.
• Knowledge of some problem-solving tools such as 8D, Kepner Tregor, 5 why etc.
• Data organization abilities and the determination to meet committed dates.
• Determination to meet quality goals and objectives set by yourself and your Manager. This include planning his/her own objective and proceed to completion.
• Strong personality not easily persuaded by a supplier unless evidence is shown.
• Support the new launch Program to achieve all customer requirement until Launch.
• English proficiency.
• Good command in English.
