The Manager, Plant at Adient Banpho Chachoengsao is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Plans, organizes and directs the manufacturing operation to ensure the most effective return on assets and obtainment of production schedules and overall business objectives.
• Plans general plant activities and coordinates all Plant Departmental activities toward the efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Sets specific objectives for all staff personnel necessary to direct the staff to the highest possible degree of overall plant efficiency.
• Motivates staff personnel through direct supervision to realize maximum potential and attain high level performance.
• Conducts weekly and monthly meetings of staff personnel to evaluate levels of plant performance and directs changes in methods, planning, processing, and maintenance, as may be required to meet or exceed forecasts and control cost of manufacturer.
• Serve as Champion of Adient Manufacturing Systems (AMS) within the facility.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing, management and/or business.
• High-level leadership 5+ years of experience, with minimum of 10 years experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of financial reporting (income statements/balance sheets, CCAIF).
• People, Process oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (up, down, peers).
