The Sr. Engineer, Product (New Model Development) at Chachoengsao is responsible for coordinating communications and notifications of product changes, evaluating cost effectiveness of engineering changes, managing activities within budgets, preventing non-conforming products from reaching customers, and applying best practices in design and engineering.

• Coordinate communications and notification of product change between customer and Adient plant
• Direct and monitor product changes at supplier locations
• Assist in problem solving and recommending and execution of product changes where needed in order to correct non-conforming conditions or to provide continuous improvement with the product
• Evaluate cost effectiveness of proposed engineering changes and recommend course of action to Management of Adient
• Manage activities within budgets
• Has the authority to prevent non-conform product from reaching the customer

• Bachelor in Engineering / equivalent experiences
• 5-10 years in Engineering (Automotive frame/plastic/mechanism preferred)
• Organizational Skills
• Product engineering background
• New Model product development background in automotive industry
