Senior Supplier Quality Engineer position in South East Asia and China Region

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with the Development Engineering team to establish new product and process control standards for mechanical, optical and electrical components, and assemblies• Develop robust control plans with Aeva’s manufacturing partners to ensure highest product quality with zero defects• Coordinate and oversee supplier quality plan implementation at all program phases• Implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes with suppliers from the initial design stage through PPAP submission and start of mass production• Conduct product and process audits, site inspection, monitor supplier quality performance, and drive root cause analysis for supplier quality issues• Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline• 7+ years work experience in a Manufacturing Operations or Quality role• Advanced knowledge of high volume manufacturing processes and inspection methodologies including Optical and mechanical components• Proficient in applying AIAG core tools including Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Statistical Process Control (SPC)• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to define complex problem statements, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions
