The Associate Director, Supply Marketing Excellence in Bangkok will be responsible for developing strategies and leading a team to engage with accommodation partners.

• Develop a roadmap of milestones to help drive engagement with accommodation partners, deliver a highly efficient engagement channel and drive team’s KPIs
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to bring ideas to life and evaluate their results
• Leverage data to help the team make informed decisions
• Design and prioritize key experiments for the team
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business strategies
