Agoda is seeking a Fraud Analyst based in Bangkok, Thailand to analyze data and trends, identify suspicious patterns, and advise on best practices to prevent future losses.

• Work with Fraud Ops to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for analysis insight to inform their decision-making
• Understand and report to your team and senior management on suspicious patterns
• Ensure delivery of regular reports on time
• Self-manage delivery of analytical projects
• Define the business problem
• Determine the analytical approach
คุณสมบัติ
2+ years’ experience in analytical data interpretation (preferably in fraud domain)
Highly organized and comfortable with making prioritization decisions, and ability to effectively keep track of moving parts across projects and adapt to new information and goals
Competent problem solving, numerical and analytical skills
SQL proficiency required: can extract data from large databases using SQL to develop data queries
Expert Excel user: able to understand and build complex spreadsheets
