• Apply knowledge and experience to recruit for Technology roles with ownership of end to end recruitment
• Screen candidates and gauge technical skills and chemistry for fit
• Brainstorm with team and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies
• Produce results in an ambiguous and unstructured environment
• Work independently while partnering with Tech Sourcers and Recruitment Coordinators
• Use data in all recruitment activities

คุณสมบัติ

• 3+ years of corporate technical end to end recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical talent in IT Security, Data Science, and Leadership roles
• ATS experience with sourcing, monitoring, and managing candidates
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of recruitment experience
