The Finance Executive will support the Lead Finance in Don Mueang, Bangkok, with responsibilities including reconciliation of sales reports, managing accounts receivables, handling invoices, and participating in monthly and annually closing.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Reconciliation of sales reports
• Work closely with the commercial team to bill accurately and on time
• Manage accounts receivables - invoicing process, reconciliation of customer balances, collecting payments, summarizing for posting, prepare the receipts
• Monitor and Follow up receivables collection
• Handle invoices process from suppliers
• Participate in monthly and annually closing, including accrual transactions
• Support the auditors in conducting external audits
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 2-5 years of experience in Accounting
• Good communication in English
• Proficient in using MS Office, Oracle
• Willing to learn, can work under pressure
