The HR Specialist & Safety Officer plays a key role in supporting human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Qualitative and quantitative resource management in cooperation with the business to ensure appropriate recruitment and mobility levels. • Managing training budget and ensuring timely and high-quality learning and development actions. • Assisting in recruitment process, onboarding, visa and work permits management. • Collaborating with leadership to develop HR strategies supporting organizational goals. • Ensuring compliance with Ethics and Compliance approach. • Contributing to employee engagement, conducting surveys, and implementing retention plans.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. • 6+ years of HR experience with focus on HR Business Partnering, people consulting, and onboarding. • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance. • Knowledge in Health, Safety, and Well-being. • Experience with Workday, HRIS, and payroll systems.
