The Business Development Executive will drive new opportunities for project business, develop relationships with key accounts, and create a strategic channel for long-term growth.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Align to BU strategy and ensure execution of strategic initiatives for delivery of the business objectives
• Research and identify potential business opportunity by analyzing market trends, competitor activities
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to penetrate target markets and increase market share
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the project channel, including new construction projects, renovations, and expansions
• Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers to secure project contracts and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers and other key stakeholders involved in constructions projects
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Specification, Project sales, Business development or sales within the construction industry - cement, tiles, fittings, paints, building material
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, including bidding process, specifications, and project management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
