As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the accounting department at Alfa Laval.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the team (accounts receivable/ payable, and/or one or several specialist areas e.g. Cashier/Finance).
• Closing of local books, reconcile accounts, book-keeping and maintaining an accurate general ledger and to be in line with accounting principles and reporting schedules, so that the organization's statements are complete and correct.
• Prepare monthly closing or oversee the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of all financial reports.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Oversee the investment of funds, manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
