Ally Logistic Property, Co., Ltd. The Project Design Coordinator will be involved in smart warehouse projects from the preliminary stage to project close-up in Thailand.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Assist in smart warehouse project development, tender process, and project implementation until occupation permit.
• Assist in liaising with the Business Development team and company management to ensure drawings produced are as per the team’s expectation.
• Assist in design work and coordination with various departments or stakeholders internally and externally on technical-related matters, design changes, and inspection to ensure accuracy in detailing.
• Ensure all tender drawings are in accordance to design brief & and standard specifications and comply with authority guidelines or requirements as well as company standards.
• Assist in liaising and coordinating with consultants and contractors for all project activities including design, project specifications, works program, authority matters, and QA/QC in timely manner.
• Involve with client consultant meeting (CCM), technical coordination meeting (TCM), site meeting and others that related to project matters.

คุณสมบัติ

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural, Town Planning, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum 2 year(s) working experience in real estate development and construction or related experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD;
• Required languages (spoken and written) –Thai and English. With Mandarin oral & written communication skills will be an advantage
• Able to travel to between site and office when required.
