Responsible for enhancing the English proficiency of staff across various departments within the hotel, with a focus on improving guest satisfaction through effective communication.

• Conduct comprehensive English language assessments to determine the individual language needs of staff members, emphasizing communication skills relevant to guest interactions.
• Develop and implement tailored English language training programs for employees at various proficiency levels, emphasizing customer service-oriented language and etiquette.
• Design engaging and interactive lesson plans, incorporating hotel-related vocabulary and scenarios to enhance staff's ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to encourage active participation and confidence-building among staff, contributing to a positive guest experience.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and group English language sessions, focusing on practical communication skills applicable to guest services within the hotel.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify specific language challenges within their teams and address them through targeted training initiatives to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree in English Language, English Literature or related fields.
• Minimum 3 year's experience as English Teacher is required. Preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
