This position is primarily responsible for the Research and Development new product, to perform troubleshooting of analytical methods, apply for cost saving and present new product to customer.

• Create a prototype of a new product in order to iron out flaws in the final design
• Determine the process for creating a new item
• Gather the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed
• Perform research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item
• Prepare reports on the various procedures that have been tried in order to eliminate methods that are unsuccessful
• Oversee product development amongst a team of individuals
• Present new ideas to corporate executives in order to gain permission to develop product lines
• Prepare a cost analysis on the development of a new product
• Create marketing campaigns designed to inform people about new product availability
• Research patents, copyrights and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringement issues involved
• Ensure that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
• Travel to work other plant 30-40% of works
• Assist to R&D Manager as Ad-hoc

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor 's Degree or Master's Degree in Science or Chemical Engineering
• Have experience 3 years in Product Development or R&D function for flexible packaging, film or polymer
• Experienced in retort packaging is advantage
• Have experience laboratory testing and equipment
• High responsible, work well under pressure good interpersonal and communication
• Knowledge of ISO9000, GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
