Marketing Executive position involves conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing creative content, maintaining brand identity, collaborating with internal and external teams, managing budgets, and proposing marketing strategies.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns: event, pop-up, activation, etc
• Create and execute marketing plans for product launches, campaigns, or events
• Develop compelling and creative content for various marketing channels
• Maintain and enhance brand identity
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, influencers, agencies to implement campaigns and to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
• Manage the marketing budget
• Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
• Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing for cosmetics or beauty or skincare business
• Good command of English
• Digitally savvy, agility & flexibility
• Strong Operational Digital Marketing profile capable of building detailed activity plans
• Brand & consumer Journey understanding
• Beauty Passionate is a plus
