Overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact client base in any size cluster/geographical area.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Strategically develop sizable as well as short to medium term opportunities on project logistics to build up pipeline in Salesforce with new and existing customers in Mekong area (Thailand, Viet Nam, Cambodia, Myanmar).
• Advocate MPL and drive interaction with customer’s procurement/logistics/project department as well as internal stakeholders and sales teams within Maersk.
• Tap into existing client base and work closely with sales team (Verticals/DTS) to develop potential businesses based on customer fit to lead to qualification.
• Point of Contact for MPL Growth with external customer and internal sales community/network in Mekong area (Thailand, Viet Nam, Cambodia, Myanmar) to facilitate communication and support discussions including gathering requirements to establish the scope of work and evaluate complexity as well as facilitating risk assessment with support from MPL product team.
• Plan and carry out sales calls with customers together with relevant internal stakeholders (Sales/MPL/Ops) and keeping thorough records of each encounter in Salesforce.
• Support proposal submissions by communicating the bid and the solution to the customer with commercial perspective and taking full responsibility for client interaction in the process.
• Facilitate feedback discussions and negotiations to drive alternative solutions when required.
• Lead proposal presentations and RFP responses to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Work closely with operations team to create and share Implementation Standard Operating Procedures (ISOPs) and Customer Standard Operating Procedures (CSOPs).

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 05 years’ work experience in as project logistics sales/project logistics business development role in the shipping / freight forwarding / logistics industry.
• Fluent in both Thais and English language skills
• Demonstrate project logistics expertise in Thais logistics market.
• Customer focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to serve customers mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and set focus/direction.
