Managing the sourcing, procurement and purchasing activities of our factory.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Identifying suppliers
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Managing and optimizing procurement process to achieve cost savings
• Buying in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Insure that the supply chain is not out of stock
• On monthly basis report to your Management (including the Managing Director) :Internal KPI analysis vs objectives (stock level, slow moving, cost of transportation, etc)for the main ingredients, an overall ingredients situations between offer & demand
คุณสมบัติ
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office
• Proven experience as a purchasing supervisor / manager or similar role
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain principles
