Seeking a highly skilled Operation/Senior Operation Analyst to join the team, responsible for overseeing and improving Distribution Center operations.

• Analyze current DC operations processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess operational performance metrics, including throughput, accuracy, and labor utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse layout, workflow, and automation to support business growth and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distribution Center operations management, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a dynamic operational environment.
