Senior Legal Counsel responsible for researching, preparing, reviewing, and submitting applications for various licenses and permits, as well as handling legal cases and disputes.

• Research, prepare, review, and submit applications for license/permit/authorization relating to various businesses and laws.
• Track, submit, and keep records of reports/information under license/permit/authorization.
• Prepare, draft, review responses, complaints, defenses, notices to government agencies/regulators/court’s requests/queries/orders.
• Compile legal information and documentation needed for legal cases and hearings.
• Research, analyze, compile, and summarize relevant laws and regulations.
• Liaise internally with relevant teams and externally with government agencies and regulators to explain/settle/defend complaints/claims/cases.

• Hold a Bachelor of Laws degree or higher.
• Hold a lawyer license.
• 3-4 years of compliance or legal experience is preferable.
• Self-confident, energetic, mature, and having a good personality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
