Responsible for managing and controlling company assets, including recording, updating, and monitoring asset movements.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible with doing record of company’s assets list, create and update with asset stock card
• Perform assets counting and summarize the counting results in harmony with the relevant authorities
• Control, supervise and monitor all assets
• Do assets recording to the category and service life of the assets
• Prepare transferred assets list, do assets specification, and current assets status
• Coordinate and provide all supports to Warehouse and Sale teams

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Interior, Architecture, Engineering, or any related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in position or more
• Experienced in SAP, MS Excel Advance: Pivot Table, V-Lookup, Macro
• Experience in Asset & Inventory in Hotel, Retails or/and Commercial Business will be a special consideration
• Knowledge in standard Asset Control Solutions Software
