The Head of Strategic Property Management will be responsible for overseeing MEP system design review, project improvement plans, preventive maintenance plans, audits, and more.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage & Supervise MEP System Design Review for New Construction/Renovation Hotel Project.
• Manage & Supervise Pre-opening Inspection and Support Project Handover to Hotel Operator.
• Support Defect Liabilities Period Management to Hotel Operator.
• Develop Project Improvement Plan/CAPEX Plan, and Manage & Monitor their Executions.
• Manage & Supervise Review & Advice of Project Improvement Plan/CAPEX Proposals proposed by Hotel Operator.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance Plan, and Manage & Monitor their Executions.
• Manage & Supervise Review & Advice of Preventive Maintenance Proposals proposed by Hotel Operator.
• Manage & Supervise Periodic Audits on Building & Tightness, and Engineering & Safety at Properties.
• Manage & Supervise Rectification of Defects from Periodic Audits, and Rectification of Crucial Equipment Defects.
• Manage & Supervise Preventive Maintenance Validity & Concurrence.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Sanitary/Environmental/Fire Protection Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Design Management/Coordinator of MEP & FLS Systems or Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Management Level of Property Management (Experience in 5-Star Hotels is advantage)
• Competent Skills in Microsoft Office
• Competent Skills in English
• Proficient Analytical, Problem-solving and Critical Skills
• Proficient Project Management, Strategic and Team Leadership Skills
• Ability to Multi-task, Manage Competing Priorities, and Thrive in a Fast-paced, Dynamic Work Environment.
