The Product Development Strategist - Master Planning is responsible for developing project options analysis, architectural massing, zoning plans, and floor plans to optimize project development strategies.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop project options analysis (program needs, land use plan, zoning plan, Building Regulation Plan)
• Develop Architectural Massing, basic zoning, and floor plans as per project group needs.
• Responsible for delivering accurate, detailed information on area program, working with feasibility modelling and PMO closely to ensure the information is accurate and most conducive to project development strategies.
• Continued knowledge base learning to ensure the latest laws and regulations have been updated per project group’s projects to optimize all options for business gain potential.
• Develop phasing strategies for all projects new and old alike to ensure most efficient use of time/quality/budget.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or urban planning or related filed.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related area (Experience in Hotel, Retail and Mixed-use Projects is a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of law & regulation related to masterplan.
• Interest in architecture, urban planning, and large town planning.
• Interest in Building technology, building codes and green technologies.
