The Project Development position involves executing direction, policies, and procedures, managing project planning, design, and construction, as well as ensuring proper hand-over and management of projects.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Executes the direction, policies and ISO procedure
• Executes due diligence (site constraints, set-back laws, local codes, utilities, amenities and neighbors)
• Project Planning, Design and Tender
• Prepare master development schedule and cost plan
• Selection and appointment of consultants
• Chair consultant's meeting

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Civil , Mechanical , Electrical, architectural or related Field
• At least 5 years ’s experiences in project management or construction management
• Good Command in English
• Used to work in Hotel business have more advantaged
