The Tools and Application Support Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing standard operating procedures to support business systems and computer equipment availability, providing systems/applications awareness training for employees, and supporting incidents according to SLA.

• Develop, maintain and implement standard operating procedures to support business systems availability using internal resource or outsource services according to SLA
• Develop, maintain and implement standard operating procedures to support computer equipment availability using external vendors according to SLA
• Provide systems/applications awareness training for employees such as RBAC and Incident Management systems
• Support incidents according to SLA and provide efficient and effective tools and application service support

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study
• 2-3 years+ of experience in IT Support
• Professional qualifications (e.g. COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, Information Technology Infrastructure Library [ITIL]) experience is desired
• Applications or operating systems experience required
