The Patient Value Partner has the top line responsibility for the successful launch of Xospata for Astellas Oncology/Hematology Portfolio in Thailand.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• To handle assigned product portfolios focusing on new launch brand – Xospata
• To partners with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.
• To ensure sales targets, patient recruitment targets and all brand's goals are met or exceeded
• To conduct market analysis, competition analysis, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide monthly sales forecast, inform Risks and Opportunities (R&O)to HBU
• To be a team player together with cross-functional team (CFT) to draw insights from the external environment / market and develop or create the innovative and value-driven patients assistant program for the new hemo/onco launches both in out-of-pocket and CSMBS markets.
• To partners with PM, HBU to support the development of an agile, customer-led digital and customer solutions strategy which meets the needs of the business, our customers and patients.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medical Science related fields
• 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of Hematology/Oncology market
• Robust understanding of defined market landscape in national and account level and mapping the patient journey(s), enabling engagement at the specialist level
• Key Relationship [Internal]Launch readiness working team / Brand launch team (Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, Market Insights, RA/PV/QA, Supply Chain, Finance, Government Affairs, E&C) [External] KOLs, Key prescribers, Hospital PTCs and Directors of key accounts and relevant stakeholders of targeted medical societies Payers e.g. OCPA committees, Median price committees, NLEM or NHSO
• The PVP acts as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders in ecosystem. The PVP leads in driving the co-create solutions with internal and external stakeholders
