Product Manager for oncology brand

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Contributes to the development or revision of marketing strategies and action plans to help increasing sales and profit targets.
• Develop marketing strategies, action plans and budget spending for a responsible product (s)
• Implements marketing strategies and action plans to increase sales’ performance (sales and profits) on the assigned product(s)
• Allocate, implement and monitor promotional budget which relates with action plan(s)
• Communicate and cascade marketing strategy to support sales’ activities
• Monitors and evaluates the success of the company's marketing strategies against the plan to identify the product and market opportunities
• Creates and strengthen brand awareness to promote and maintain customer’s loyalty
• Provides the product knowledge to all medical sales representatives and supervisors to ensure their capability in providing information to customers in the most effective ways
• Develops and maintain good relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in order to make them support the company’s products and services
• Plans, studies and conducts market research for responsible/specific products, and competitor in order to improve sales volumes of company’s products.
• Ensure compliance with medical and professional ethics to create brand and company image throughout the pharmaceutical market

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Medical Science, MBA would be advantage
• Experience in Sales and product management, especially in pharmaceutical market
• Good command of English both written and verbal.
• Computer literacy with good skill of Microsoft Office and Window based computer applications
• Analytical thinking
• Problem solving skill
• Influencing and communication skills.
• Able to make own decisions and response to solve problems immediately and effectively.
• Opened mind and accepts feedbacks to improve his/herself.
• Be energetic
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good presentation skill
