The Frontier Markets Business Administration Assistant will support the Business Unit with administration and coordination responsibilities in frontier markets.

• Support the Business Unit with administration and coordination responsibilities including preparation of related documents or materials
• Arrange group travel/meetings both internal and external
• Support other BU activities to support the company's marketing and customer relations activities
• Manage, control, and deliver specific clerical/administrative activities and services
• Coordinate BU activities, KPI tracking, report consolidation, and operations
• Organize the end-to-end process of BU’s business-related events
คุณสมบัติ
• Proven experience as a business administrative
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic procurement principles
• Competence in English communications
• Well-adaptive and able to work with different key stakeholders in different cultures
