The HR Business Specialist role plays an important part in supporting AstraZeneca to be a Great Place to Work by delivering strong people matters support for leaders and employees.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Providing generalist HR advice on a range of employment-related matters.
• Deliver sound generalist HR support, acting as a key point-of-contact and a trusted partner.
• Work on projects/activities related to the business unit's people plans as determined by the Country Head of HR.
• Support the department/business units on Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations & Engagement.
• Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of Experience in the HR/ People Management Profession
• Ability to think analytically and effectively problem-solve using sound and creative solutions.
• Practical and proven experience providing HR advice to colleagues and people managers.
• Technical HR knowledge/skills associated with one or more of the following disciplines - Resourcing, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, L&D
• Knowledge and understanding of HR systems, e.g.Workday,Attention to detail; accomplishes tasks and processes accurately and completely.
