The Transition & Sales Operation Assistant Manager will provide support for business distributor transition and sales operation activities.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Support Sales Operation Lead for business distributor transition to ensure smooth operation activity
• Liaise with internal team to understand needs and ensure that the service meet operational targets and meet customer requirement
• Liaise with distributor to map operational process between two parties for seamless transition
• Oversee development of measures to improve performance, gap closing or any improvement all activities during transition
• Ensure the proper process is in place in partnership with the cross functional team in accordance with company rules and policies
• Prepare and review operational reports to support commercial team
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree
• Understand pharmaceutical business
• Experience within service environment, leading of a range of services
• Experience within project handling would be advantage
• Preferably with English communication & presentation skill
