The After Sale Service Engineer - SAS position at Atlas Copco (Thailand) Limited in Chachoengsao offers the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and groundbreaking innovations, providing technical service and support to customers.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Take responsibility of service & spare parts sales by approaching existing customers to achieve annual sales target.
• Provide quality technical service and support to customers through daily on-site visits.
• Work as a team to smooth the entire workflow and execute improvement projects.
• Assist the Business Lines Manager with technical and financial pre-studies for improvement projects.
• Generate service and spare part sales from existing customers.
• Provide technical support during breakdowns and maintain records of all activities.

คุณสมบัติ

• Take responsibility of service & spare parts sales to meet annual target.
• Cooperate among internal teams until completing the job for customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits providing technical support and assistance.
• Support business line and sales team in current customers by regularly visiting.
• Provide fast and timely response with quality feedback to customers.
