To ensure accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance while providing comprehensive support to the People Team, contributing to streamlined HR operations.

• Administer accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, ensuring compliance with company regulations and guidelines.
• Gather, verify, and consolidate data on hours worked, pay adjustments, and other pertinent pay-related information.
• Compute wages, overtime pay, deductions, and bonuses accurately, adhering to established protocols.
• Handle the calculation and distribution of payroll slips, providing comprehensive information to employees.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports of all payroll transactions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing payroll and tax obligations.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive experience in payroll administration or a related area, demonstrating proficiency in payroll processing and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices, laws, and company regulations, coupled with a commitment to compliance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for generating comprehensive reports and analyzing data.
• Strong numerical acumen and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data compilation and verification.
