Supervise IT support for AHQ and branches, ensuring efficient and quality practices.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Providing operational support and maintaining computers, internet, and networks.
• Inspecting and maintaining IT equipment to reduce damage.
• Assisting staff with system setup and issue resolution.
• Troubleshooting software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
• Managing user accounts, access privileges, and passwords.
• Maintaining IT hardware and software inventory, implementing security measures, and procuring new hardware and software.

คุณสมบัติ

• At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network.
• Strong IT support skills, including budget management and communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
