The Finance Manager will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, providing performance insights, presenting financial reports, and ensuring adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

• Conduct & handle the Financial, Projection and valuation model, Feasibility analysis
• Provide performance analysis of each business with suggestion to improve its performance
• Provide and present weekly, quarterly and annual P&L and Cash flow for executives and business units
• Contribute in setting up the company’s finance system
• Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
• Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

• Proven experience as director/manager of finance or similar role
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. ERP)
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
