The Learning & Development position involves designing learning roadmaps, presenting plans and projects, coordinating with external trainers, and providing reports.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design learning roadmaps (Training needs), learning intervention align with business direction
• Design and present plans and projects supporting staff and manage projects to achieve the target
• Coordinate with external trainers or public training organizers on the training cost
• Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Report
• Be a internal trainer
• Other responsibilities as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in human resources or a related field
• 1 - 5 years of working experience in related positions
• Experience in Coaching, Training & Desire Training Program
• Computer literacy especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent communication, project management and analytic skill
• Good trainer and presentation skills
