Position responsible for developing and growing the organization through sales and cost strategies, market research, business opportunities analysis, project management, and relationship building with property owners and landlords.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop and propose strategies for organizational growth in sales and cost efficiency
• Present market research findings to identify customer needs and new markets
• Analyze and identify business opportunities to present to management team
• Coordinate with marketing department to ensure appropriate area selection decisions
• Monitor project progress in terms of design, format, timeline, budget, and various influencing factors
• Build long-term relationships with property owners and landlords for business purposes

• Strong negotiation skills for rental agreements and contracts with property owners/landlords
• Efficient cost control for maintenance expenses and proposing cost reduction methods
• Establish a strong business network for business partnerships
