The Process Improvement Engineer will be responsible for determining objectives, productivity, and maintenance within the Autonomous Manufacturing Center.

• Determine short- and long-term objectives for the AMC
• Responsible for AMC productivity
• Responsible for the general condition of the Genba (5S compliance)
• Responsible for management responding to employee suggestions in an appropriate and timely manner
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained appropriately, and that preventive maintenance is carried out on time
• Responsible for ensuring that standardized methods of working and planning are implemented
• Lead continuous improvement activity and implement a new system into the production line
• Through continuous follow-up, ensure that policy deployment targets are achieved

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent (engineering-related)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with process improvement
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
• Business knowledge
• Knowledge for Manufacturing 4.0 programmed, e.g., Uipart, Python, Thingworx
